Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. Withdrawals requested by players who have not completed KYC may be subject to additional verification steps before funds are released.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

7. Player Conduct & Prohibited Activities

The dhaka8 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of dhaka8. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any dhaka8 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Game content, including slot titles, live casino streams, and sports data feeds, is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and data providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). 9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits dhaka8's liability for death or personal injury caused by dhaka8's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Account Closure & Termination

Players may request closure of their dhaka8 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 7 business days, provided no withdrawal restrictions are in place. Bonus funds not yet subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited on account closure.

dhaka8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud, Terms violation, chargeback initiation, or court or regulatory order. 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between a Player and dhaka8, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through dhaka8's internal complaints process by contacting [email protected] with a clear description of the complaint, the account details, and the outcome sought. dhaka8 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under rules mutually agreed upon in writing at the time of the dispute. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an account on dhaka8, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, and provide customer support. dhaka8 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Modifications to These Terms

dhaka8 reserves the right to update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material — such as changes to payment terms, eligibility criteria, or liability provisions — dhaka8 will notify registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
